They do emergency appointments but you need to call in. Unfortunately we weren't here long enough for a treatment. Friendly staff. Spoke english, czech and russian

Saturday Feb. 8, Me & my wife spent a long weekend in Prague.My wife suffered from a very strong toothache and we looked for an open dental clinic. Because it was Saturday everything was closed.We found that Bio-Dent was open and walked all the way from the old town to the clinic. They were very hostile to us, they did not agree even to open the door and sent us away. What kind of doctors do not want to help to a suffering person? For sure we will not recommend that clinic to anybody..

Měl jsem implantát, jednu extrakci a několik vyplnění. Všechno šlo naprosto v pořádku. Personál byl velmi přátelský, schůzky byly vždy včas. Kvalita práce je perfektní, což potvrzují i moji zubní hygienici doma.Vrátím se za 6 měsíců na roční kontrolu. Velmi důvěryhodná a profesionální klinika!Děkuji, milý bio dent tým!

I loved everything about my experience at BioDent, from the moment I called to schedule an appointment to the day when my tooth recovery was over.Doctor Mikhail and his assistant (whose name I didn’t catch unfortunately) were highly professional and very patient. They took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions and gave their expert advice. We ended up removing one of my wisdom teeth and reshaping the gum around the other one. It was painless and quick, took only one hour... for everything. The recovery was very smooth, I was able to continue my regular activities the next morning.Overall, I feel happy and relieved after my appointment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for high level dental service.read more
